Product Return Conditions
If the product you purchased on our site is found to be incorrect, you must contact us at the online support section on our page within 7 days from the date of delivery. Following this information, the faulty product you will send to the cargo company will be replaced with a new one. If the ordered product error has occurred due to customer use or if the product has been used within 7 days, the product cannot be returned or exchanged. As a product return and replacement conditions, practices are required in accordance with the Law No. 4077 on Consumer Protection. The following conditions are required for the products that we will return products;

The product box should not be torn and scrapped.
There should be no deficiency in the product box.
There should be no scratches and dents on the product.
The product return shipping cost should be paid by you. Return cargoes that have not been paid will never be received.
The product invoice must be fully returned. Please do not send the product without invoice.
If the shipping cost was paid by the Seller when you first received the product, in the case of a refund, the first shipping charge will be deducted.
For transactions made with credit card, the refund will be made within 3 working days. For transactions made with debit card (debit card), the refund will be made within 45 working days.
