Please note the Borrow A Bag rental scheme is currently only available to UK-based customers.
Rental period and late return fees: 30 day rental period begins from the date bag is received. Failure to return a bag within 3 days of the completed agreement time (30 days)will result in a charge of up to 50% of the bag's full retail value.
Damage and Repairs: A £20 service charge applies for any item that needs to be repaired following damage. Lost or damaged beyond repair bags will be charged at the handbag’s full RRP as listed on the website.
